At JAL Candles, each candle is handmade with care after your order is placed. This ensures you receive a freshly crafted product.

🕯️ Processing Time
All candles are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

📦 Shipping Method
Home delivery is with EasyCourier. Pickup is with ACS Courier.

📍 Shipping within Cyprus
EasyCourier home delivery is €5 under €50 and free from €50. ACS Courier pickup is free. Write your preferred ACS shop in the cart notes.

⏳ Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

📬 Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a tracking number once your package is on its way.
