We currently ship all orders across Cyprus using ACS Courier.

We offer delivery through ACS Courier with convenient options depending on your order total.

Free Delivery for Orders Over €40

For orders over €40, customers can choose between:

  • Free door delivery
  • Free pickup from an ACS Courier shop

This gives you the flexibility to select the delivery option that works best for you.

Choosing Your Preferred ACS Courier Shop

If you would like pickup from a specific ACS Courier location, simply go to your cart before checkout.

You will find a notes box where you can write:

  • Your preferred ACS Courier shop
  • Delivery instructions
  • Personalisation requests
  • Gift notes
  • Any additional information regarding your order

We carefully review all customer notes before preparing and shipping orders.

Delivery Times

We do our best to prepare and ship all orders by the next business day.

As all JAL Candles products are handmade and made to order, there may occasionally be periods of high demand where next-day dispatch is not possible due to workload and production time.

However, we always aim to process and deliver all orders within a maximum of 3 business days.

We believe in prioritising quality and careful craftsmanship to ensure every handmade candle arrives beautifully prepared and safely packaged.
