Refund Policy

At JAL Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

How to request a refund:

  • Contact us at info@jalcandles.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
  • We will review your request within 2 business days.
  • If approved, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Important notes:

  • Refunds are only available for items that arrived damaged.

  • We may request you return the damaged item, but return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
